Please note all transfers are a minimum of two (2) guests to book.
Payment to be made seven (7) days prior to booking date.
A seven (7) day cancellation period applies with a 100% cancellation fee.
If guests do not turn up for their transfers within 10 minutes of their collection time 100% cancellation fee will apply. We would recommend advising guests to be ready 10 minutes prior to collection time with their phones handy in case the driver needs to contact them. The guests can contact the driver if changes need to be made and will be accommodated where possible, please note this may result in the guests being unable to be collected if the drivers schedule does not permit the change.
If any damage occurs to the inside or outside of the vehicle the guest will be liable to pay the appropriate fee for the damage.
If any stains or damage is caused to the vehicle a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
Surcharges will apply for late night collection after 9pm, Sundays and Public Holidays.
